Psychophysiological Detection of Deception (Polygraph Examination) Services

ML Bryant Interests, LLC is firmly committed to helping a diverse client base with professional assessments and the resolution of important issues. We regularly participate in seminars and online exchanges of information to ensure our polygraph examiner is current on the law, technology and the most effective examination methods. We are members of the Texas Association of Law Enforcement Polygraph Investigators as well as the American Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists, and exclusively use Lafayette polygraph instruments, the same instruments used by many federal government agencies to include CIA, NSA, NRO, FBI, DEA, ATF, USSS, USBP, ICE, etc.; the Texas Department of Public Safety; and numerous other state and local law enforcement agencies.

For the business community, ML Bryant Interests, LLC provides assistance through professionally conducted interviews and polygraph examinations in on-going investigations involving economic losses and monetary damages.  Not only can individual(s) responsible for losses and damages be identified, but as importantly, uninvolved individuals can be cleared.

For attorneys, ML Bryant, LLC can perform an exculpatory polygraph examination of clients and to provide information and direction that can assist in determining how to best represent clients’ interests.

Counselors of all types rely on our polygraph examinations to help resolve denial issues, while community treatment officers often count on polygraph examinations for assistance in monitoring their case charges.

People often refer to the polygraph as a “Lie Detector.”

The polygraph  does not actually detect lies, but it does record physiological responses to a series of questions presented to an individual by a qualified polygraph examiner using validated / approved testing formats. The examiner is then able to decipher the chart polygrams and render a diagnostic opinion as to the veracity of the subject being tested. 

The forensic term for the polygraph exam is PDD – ‘Forensic Psychophysiological Detection of Deception.‘
